Leveraging Communication for Interdisciplinary Innovation in Health and Technology at OsloMet

OsloMets strategic initiative, Intelligent Health will contribute to develop knowledge and technological solutions that foster improved health and counteract diseases. We create an arena that encourages cooperation between the university and the private and public sectors. 

We use communications to open doors for external partners and to connect internal professionals and students. OsloMet develops concrete services, eg master collaboration, or facilitate for activities that leads to networking and professional events to develop new knowledge on health technology to solve societal health challenges. 

In this session we focus on how to: 

• Using communication to create interdisciplinary meeting places

• Communicate to reach out to external partners,  

• Engaging students in interdisciplinary collaboration, 

• Engaging internal staff to participate in innovation processes,
