A Three-Year Rollercoaster: From Fragmented Sites to a Unified Student Website  

We set out to transform Lund University’s website for prospective students. The plan looked solid on paper—until real life, organisational culture, and surprises stepped in.

Along the way, we built a PIM system, delivered new web design, and launched a professional editorial organisation. We shifted from internally focused and administrative language to student-centred content, while also consolidating multiple fragmented sites into a single, unified education website.
