Joe has worked at the University of Aberdeen for approaching 20 years, predominently in the international recruitment space.  Joe grew up on the campus in Aberdeen, and studied at the university prior to working there, despite his local roots, his role has given him global reach and his job has taken him to every corner of the globe including China, Australia, Thailand, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Japan and much more.
